I removed the F-867A exhaust ramp in preparation for making and installing a stainless steel replacement. I like to drill rivets out this way: 1) center punch rivet head, 2) drill just past head depth with one size smaller drill bit, 3) insert same size punch as drill and snap head off, 4) punch remaining body of rivet out.
