Second round of priming the cowling and canopy frame.  This is as far as I’m going with the cowling and canopy frame.  I’ll have a professional paint it and let him deal with the pinholes.

Next job will be the empennage fairing.  As you can see from these photos it will need to be cut and spliced to fit because of the showplanes fastback.  Yes, my hangar is dusty.

I deburred all the 1/4 inch holes along the canopy to reduce any stress risers.   I also taped the inside and outside of the canopy in preparation for adhering it to the frame.
