Made a few one inch blocks to get the height just right. Covered the hinge with tape and clamped side rail in place. Slathered on the flox mixture and it’s looking good.
Bonded the horizontal honeycomb structure.
Got the bottom of the lower cowl trimmed to the correct depth, then trimmed the sides. It fits very well, no pics. Marked a cut line on each side of the upper cowl. Made sure the lines were level and I’ll trim these next.
