Sand. Micro. Sand. Micro. Made this last batch a little runny. I have plenty of sand paper to compensate.
Popped off the cowl hinge cover backers and cut them to size. I’ll have to trim the top or most forward portion of these back to the line because the interior of the cowl is not exactly the same shape. I’ll make the cover plates the same way and will trim them down to the inner circle. Next step – drill two big holes.
