The portable tool stand in the photo was sent to me by my nephew Travis. He uses it working on his cars and motorcycles and sent one to me to try out. It’s lightweight, portable, moves effortlessly and is super handy. Thanks Travis! Works perfectly. Travis should have his own website for all of the stuff he does, I think we would all enjoy it.
As usual, the cowl is tough to get on initially until the baffles are “trained” to lay the way they are supposed to. Real training will come with a hot motor, but this is a start. This is the first time I had the cowl halves mounted with the new prop and spinner. Considering I aligned the cowl with a dummy spinner from Whirl Wind the fit is excellent with about 3/16″ gap and spinner about 1/8″ lower than I would have liked.
