There’s an alignment issue with the latch and metal framework that keeps the canopy slightly open for taxi. If you see on the image below the cross member is *nearly* vertical and the side of the canopy gets narrower from right to left. This means that you can never get a perfect alignment with the short tube that hold the canopy ajar for taxi. I bent the metal framework as much as I could, bent the tube to a very strange angle and then sanded the tube slightly. At least now it doesn’t bind.
