Adding micro to fill in the canopy frame where parts meet.
This is the front honeycomb bulkhead. I had to cut at least .5″ in most places. I’ll reinforce the structure with a few layers of carbon fiber and flox filling.
I may still place the half-round dowels on the long sides of the canopy where a pax might rub on but all the other edges of the honeycomb are getting filled with flox and then I’ll sand smooth and slightly round the edges before covering with glass.
Not sure if I’ll use this prop governor bracket that I made. I need to determine if the cable will go over or under the cylinders.
