Right side front baffles. The heater air vent is closed with some stock aluminum as I don’t have any provisions for cabin heat. I’m using heated seats and heated jackets.
Left front baffles with the fiberglass filter holder.
Right rear baffles. You can see where Vans has made provisions for allowing air to pass by the cylinder fins that are otherwise occluded in the baffle kits of old. Where we used to place a washer, the new kit has a 1/8″ spacer, located in the lower left portion of the baffle below. It’s nice to see Vans incorporating some of the tricks we’ve done in the past to allow better cooling. Very nice Vans, thank you.
Rear baffle wall still needs to be trimmed about 1/4 inch lower. Other than that, they are almost ready for baffle material.
