Installed the base plate for the Whelen LED wingtip lights.
Temporarily installed the lower fairing and the empennage fairing. Cut the empennage fairing where it meets the leading edge of the HS. Added four plies of Bidirectional glass and wrapped it around to meet where the rubber channel will end. Here a short sample of rubber channel serves as a guide to form the shape of the fiberglass as it meets the rubber channel.
Cut out the wing tip light covers. Used the Dremel to cut it out of the blank. It just melts the plastic but does an ok job. The rest of the finishing will be done by sanding.
