With the new wood former I crafted the latest piece which fits perfectly. Drilled, dimpled, primed and riveted. Picture was taken before final fitting so rib edges look splayed a bit. I also cut a hole in the center of the rib and rounded the edges so the rib is stiffer. Drilled rivet holes about one inch apart.
Mounted it to test clearance. Perfect.
