Continued work on the SS tunnel. It turned out quite good and this was only the first one made. That never happens.
And here it is all polished up, holes drilled and stiffener angle added.
Just curious, so I weighed the stainless tunnel and the original tunnel. The stainless tunnel weighed 9 ounces more at 22 ounces vs 13. When Installed I will seal the tunnel with fire barrier and add a sheet of ceramic insulation as well.
