Cowl Skybolt Fasteners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I decided this time around I wanted Skybolt fasteners along the bottom of the cowl. \u00a0Getting the hinges in and out and getting all greasy doing so wan&#8217;t my bag. \u00a0The fasteners are pretty easy to install. \u00a0Take note, it&#8217;s a lot easier to countersink the tabs before they are riveted on. \u00a0And it may be a lot easier to rivet the lock itself to the tabs before mounting, depending upon where the tab is on the firewall or cowl side. \u00a0You can see that I have the Fire Barrier 2000+ all around the perimeter of the pretty simple. \u00a0Mount the cowl and use a small bright flashlight to backlight the hole and eyeball it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/tondu.com\/rv8a\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-14.jpeg\"
