The Gear"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>David came by and graciously lent some time getting the plane up on it&#8217;s gear. \u00a0I lifted the front end and placed it on top of some sawhorses and apple crates. \u00a0The tail end was hoisted. \u00a0It has to be lifted pretty high to get the gear installed. \u00a0All the gear leg to weldment\/engine mount bolt holes were reamed and secured with a kit purchased a while back which has oversized bolts and paired reamer. \u00a0The bolts need some persuasion to be seated but they are never going to move. \u00a0Ready to hang the engine soon as pops
